After she fell into heavy debts and did not pay rent for about two years to the man who bought her apartment from her in the center of the country - the mother of two children will be evicted from the apartment.

This, after the District Court in Tel Aviv rejected the appeal she filed and did not 'buy' her claim that it was a 'monkey' who took over her apartment under severe threats.

Her attorney claimed, among other things, in court that the two took advantage of her financial distress, since according to her she asked to get a loan on the gray market after the banks were not ready for it.

The lenders offered her, according to him, "to transfer the apartment in the name of someone they called a monkey."

The tenant claimed that it was agreed that another person would take over her mortgage in his name to cover her debts, the apartment would be transferred to his name for about a year, during which she would pay him NIS 8,000 per month for the repayment of her mortgage, and after the credit rating at the bank would allow her to take over her mortgage, the apartment would be registered again in her name.

According to her, a year later, her credit rating has not changed and she was threatened that as long as she "doesn't cause problems" she will get the apartment back.

According to her, this is an organized criminal organization that uses straw men and takes advantage of innocent people under severe threats.

The court accepted the position of attorney Shai Shemesh from the Cohen Shemesh office, the attorney for the apartment owner, who claimed that the 'monkey' story is unfounded and that he bought the apartment with the best of his money and rented it to the tenant from whom he purchased the apartment.

The judge of the district court, Iris Loshi-Aboudi, rejected the appeal as stated and stated that she must vacate the apartment.

The judge added that the trustee Shmona claimed that she does not cooperate, hides assets and does not pay into the conference fund.
