Easy and delicious cauliflower meatballs
Ingredients
1 medium cauliflower, broken into small florets
1 cup chopped fresh herbs (green onion, dill and parsley - all or some)
200 grams crumbled feta cheese (or any salty cheese you like)
50 grams grated Kashkaval cheese (or similar hard cheese)
2 eggs
½ cup breadcrumbs (if needed, add another 1/4 cup)
Salt
black pepper
Grated nutmeg cortagose
Oil for deep frying

Preparation
How do you make cauliflower, feta and herb fritters?
1 Boil water with salt in a pot and boil the cauliflower florets for 3 minutes.
Take out and filter.
2 Put all the ingredients (except the oil) in a bowl and mix to a paste.
Mash the cauliflower a little while mixing.
If the paste is too liquid, add more breadcrumbs.
3 Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meatballs on both sides, until they are golden and the smell reaches the house across the street.
