Batoul Abdo, President of the Syrian Paragliding Club Association, explained that the event was a paragliding show over the exhibition city for two days with the participation of six pilots from France, Italy, Lebanon and Syria. The show is centered on the exhibition city for three hours, noting that this offer brings a message from the world to Damascus. The arrival of pilots from different countries to Damascus as well as Syrian pilots to convey the message that our country is safe and well.
The Syrian Paragliding Club Association was established last July this year, according to the president of the association with the aim of reuniting Syrian pilots around the world to meet their desire to join under one umbrella.
The association, which has 11 members, is a founder of paragliding enthusiasts and fans in a huge festival scheduled for the coming spring of Damascus with the participation of 100 pilots from 40 countries.
