[Dubai, Reuters]-Iranian President Rouhani announced on the 18th that he did not want a conflict in the Middle East, and claimed that the Yemeni civil war was triggered by a military alliance led by the United States and Saudi Arabia. Iran's domestic media reported.
“We don't want a conflict in this region. Who caused the conflict? Not the people of Yemen. The wars in this region started in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, the United States, and some European countries, Zionists (Jewish).
Regarding the attack on the Saudi oil facility on the 14th by Yemen's pro-Iranian armed organization, President Rouhani pointed out that it had a “warning” meaning against attacks on Yemen's hospitals and schools by Saudi powers.
According to Iran's Tasmin news agency, Defense Minister Hatami denied Saudi involvement in oil facility attacks. "This is very clear. That means that there is a fight between the two countries (Yemen and Saudi Arabia)," he said.
