Al-Hasakah-SANA: The United States continues to violate international law through its illegal support for the separatist militia

Al-Hasakah-Sana

The United States continues to violate international law through its illegal support for the separatist militia (SDF) on the Syrian island and its criminal practices against the people, and in this context today introduced a convoy of 175 trucks loaded with weapons and logistical equipment coming from northern Iraq to the province of al-Hasakah to support the militia.

According to civil and media sources, "a new reinforcement batch of 175 trucks carrying weapons and logistical equipment coming from northern Iraq entered Syria through the Simalka river crossing provided by Washington in support of the (SDF) militia in order to strengthen their positions in the areas of deployment in the countryside of Hasaka, Deir Ezzor and Raqqa." .

On the 15th of this month, US forces entered a convoy of 150 trucks loaded with military and logistical reinforcements through the Simalka river crossing linking northern Iraq with Syria to support the separatist militia.

The SDF militia continues to kidnap, armed robbery and raids on the residents of the Syrian island, and carried out several raids yesterday with the support of 5 Apache helicopters, an American F-16 aircraft, armored vehicles and reconnaissance aircraft in the outskirts of Dhiban town in the southeastern countryside of Deir Ezzor. Inside the town, two civilians were killed, others were arrested and taken to an unknown destination.

The militia is also deporting many families coming to Hasakeh province, who live in their areas of deployment and control according to local sources in the province and taken to camps outside the city.

In the context of its plan to sabotage and break up the region since last March, US forces have entered more than 3,000 trucks to Al-Hasakah through illegal crossings to provide military, technical and logistical support to the SDF militia, which escalates its repressive and aggressive practices against the people through arrest, murder, confiscation of property and other terrorist behaviors. Over the past months, people have been pushing for demonstrations demanding their departure in the countryside.
