"40 seconds to act": how to prevent suicides?

Every 40 seconds a person takes his life. Suicide is not an isolated phenomenon but worldwide and affects people of all countries and of all ages. On the occasion of World Mental Health Day celebrities and royalty members joined the global calls to raise awareness and invite people to take simple steps to ensure their mental health and reach out to those who may be suffering in silence .
