Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Vershinin said that US attempts to strengthen its illegal military presence around oil fields in northeastern Syria are "unacceptable."
Sputnik quoted Vershinin as telling reporters today that any actions by the United States to try to strengthen its illegal military presence in northeastern Syria are contrary to international law and unacceptable.
Washington is trying to complete its colonial role in Syria and the region, both politically and militarily, through its forces, which are engaged in robbery and looting of Syrian oil.This was confirmed by the Russian Defense Ministry recently, where it published pictures showing tank convoys transporting oil out of Syria under the guard of the US military.
