The weather today (Thursday) is expected to be wintry, with noon rains beginning to fall from local showers accompanied by thunderstorms and hail in the north and center. There is a slight fear of flooding in the Judean Desert and the Dead Sea and temperatures will fall. Winds are expected to intensify and haze is expected in the south of the country. Snow is likely to fall in the high areas of Hermon.

On Friday, it will be partly cloudy, with local rainfall expected along with a few thunderstorms in the north of the country and on the coastal plain. There will be a further drop in temperatures and blowing waking winds. Haze may still be mainly in the south of the country and on Saturday it will be partly cloudy, in the north there will still be local rain.
On Sunday it will be partly cloudy to cloudy and temperatures will fall, which will be slightly lower than usual for the season. In most areas of the country, local rainfall may be accompanied by single thunderstorms.
