The National Center for Defense Operations Management in the Russian Federation announced that a Russian missile ship is following American destructive movements that entered the southwest of the Black Sea.
"The ship carrying a missile of the Russian Black Sea Fleet is following the movements and facilities of a destroyer belonging to the American Navy fleet - Russia - entered the southwest of the Black Sea," Sputnik quoted the center as saying in a statement.
The statement indicated that a ship carrying a Vishnu Volochek missile carrier was assigned to follow up and monitor the movements of the American destroyer.
Earlier, the US government's Rand Corporation Analysis Center published a report on the strategy to contain Russia in the Black Sea region, where the authors of the document express concern that Moscow recently modernized the Black Sea Fleet and increased its strength in the southern military region.
