Meda pointed out that great attention should be paid to promoting products and participating in internal and external exhibitions through organizing Syrian participations in external and internal exhibitions and providing support in specific proportions and according to the specificity and nature of each exhibition, in cooperation with the Foundation for International Exhibitions and Markets and trade and industry federations, agriculture and craftsmen and with a view to highlighting Syrian products and finding opportunities Exporting, indicating the provision of more than 556 million pounds as support for the exhibitions since 2016 until the end of 2019.

On the support and encouragement of export contracts for the producers participating in the Damascus International Fair in its 2016 and 2017 sessions, Meada explained that the Economic Committee in the Cabinet approved the executive mechanism to take advantage of the export incentives provided by the authority for contracts concluded on the sidelines of the exhibition session where the authority supported the shipment of export contracts concluded on Margin of the 59 and 60 sessions of the exhibition, with a value of about two billion and 363 million pounds.
