Xinfeng Tianyu was renamed as Xinfeng Medical Group. The new transaction codes are "NFH" and "NFH WS". Effective from December 19.
The transaction provided Xinfeng Medical Group with approximately $ 165 million in additional funding for general corporate purposes, including company working capital and company development. After the transaction, the combined company's market value will be approximately $ 1.4 billion.
United Family's senior management team, including founder and CEO Roberta Lipson, will continue in their current roles. Liang Jinsong, chairman of Xinfeng Tianyu, will continue to serve as chairman of the company's board of directors. Chen Qiyu, chairman of Fosun Pharma, will be co-chairman of the company.
The CEO of Xinfeng Tianyu Wu Qinan will lead the executive board of the new board of directors. The members of the board of directors of Xinfeng Medical include Liang Jinsong, Wu Qinan, Chen Qiyu, Roberta Lipson, Fu Shan, Zeng Yi, Dr. Liang Zhihong and Ma Shiheng.
