The flight has arrived in Hong Kong at about 6.10am. The Deputy Director of the Security Bureau, Ou Zhiguang, said that together with the two previous charter flights, three flights sent a total of 195 people back to Hong Kong, of which two were Macao residents and the rest were Hong Kong people. He also said that a total of 70 Hong Kong people on board were diagnosed with the new coronavirus and the government would continue to follow up.
In addition, the Japanese government acknowledged yesterday (22nd) that 23 people on board had left the boat without virus inspection. Qu Zhiguang said that there were no Hong Kong people involved and he would continue to follow up the situation.

Ou Zhiguang said that three flights chartered a total of 195 people back to Hong Kong, of which 193 were Hong Kong people and the remaining 2 were Macau residents. He said that "Diamond Princess" had a total of about 70 Hong Kong people diagnosed with the new coronavirus, and about 30 were close ones.
