"Costa, ha, of course, the gondola law," the vice president and head of the Senate, Cristina Kirchner, ironically launched, noting that the Santacruceño senator of Juntos Eduardo Costa for Change was one of four who abstained from voting .

In addition to Costa, the Senator Lucila Crexell and Senators Esteban Bullrich and Martín Lousteau abstained from voting.

The law was passed unanimously, with 56 votes in favor and four abstentions.
