Mahmoud pointed out that after conducting laboratory and radiological examinations of the patient and after diagnosing the tumor with tissue immunohistochemical colorings and drug preparation, a surgical procedure was carried out that lasted for about five and a half hours, pointing to the serious complications that accompanied the surgical work in terms of height, large and sudden decline in arterial tension and severe rapid heartbeat. As a result of contact with the tumor mass, which necessitated the procedure without contact with the tumor, which is a very dangerous condition that faces the doctor of surgery and anesthesia during the surgical work and threatens the occurrence of arrhythmias or cerebrovascular accidents of the patient in addition to The occurrence of bleeding at the patient exceeded 2 liters of blood, which required the transfer of 6 units of blood to her in addition to losing a large amount of fluids.

And Mahmoud explained that the patient left the hospital after her health condition was fully stabilized, stressing that this type of tumor is not known whether it is malignant or intact except by permanent annual monitoring with a 50% chance of recurrence in the future.

Mahmoud noted that this surgical work is characterized by severe scarcity and high severity, and we wanted to participate at a high level locally and globally, and it is the fourth time that medical research and work has been shared by hospital staff in the most important international scientific journals, stressing that despite the economic blockade and the limited capabilities available to us we have been able to perform surgical work Qualitative and rare may not have been so successful in centers that possess tremendous technology, but the most important thing is the human mind that we see as the most important weapon that we possess and we can, with determination and will, do much to prove our presence on the global health map.
