According to the immigration figures released by the Immigration Department, the total number of inbound visitors from the Mainland and other visitors totaled 6,342 from May 1 to 30, of which there were 4,822 from the Mainland, accounting for 76%. Compared with the 3,395 arrivals in April, the number was nearly doubled in May, and the difference between the two was 2,947. The number of mainland tourists increased by 2,158 in May.

The data shows that as of May 30, the day of the most passengers entering the country was May 24, with a total of 518 passengers; the minimum was May 5, with only 98 passengers.

At the port of entry, the most people arrived via the Shenzhen Bay Port, reaching 4,683 person-times, accounting for about 73.8% of the total number of inbound passengers; followed by the airport, which reached 1,269 person-times; and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge had 390 person-times.
