The leader of the Liberal Party, Zhong Guobin, believes that the business community is worried about US sanctions, but no divestment has been seen.

He believes that Hong Kong people expect the United States to help Hong Kong as "naive", and asks "Hong Kong has done nothing wrong. Do you want to sanction Hong Kong?"

Zhong Guobin pointed out that the business community does not want to see the United States withdraw the "Hong Kong Policy Law", which will create uncertainty and confidence problems for the business community. He mentioned that the US sanctions were to abolish the extradition regulations. In the past, more people were extradited from Hong Kong to the United States than from Hong Kong.

As for the status of Hong Kong's financial center, Zhong Guobin believes that there is no place in the Asia-Pacific region to replace Hong Kong in the short term. It is not easy or simple to have a city to replace Hong Kong.
