At 7 pm, it was reported that a male proprietor of a watch shop, passing by the pavement off No. 47 Granville Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, suddenly killed three South Asian men in black shirts and hats, punched him and snatched them. He has a Richard Mille watch worth about 1.5 million yuan, diamond earrings of 100,000 yuan and a necklace.
The police arrived at the scene to pull up the cordon to investigate, and later recovered the earrings and neck training in a parking lot. The 32-year-old male victim was surnamed Li. After assisting in the investigation, he was soberly sent to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital for treatment.
A staff member of a nearby shop said that he had witnessed several suspicious South Asian men starting to ambush near the scene at about 3 pm.
