no lesions were visible on the victim who suffered from asthma, a liver problem and a blood problem quickly leading to marks on her body when she fell or bumped herself
", he clarified.
The body of this 35-year-old woman, unemployed, was discovered lifeless by the emergency services and the gendarmerie in her apartment in Faverney (Haute-Saône), after a very alcoholic evening.
A 60-year-old man who was with her had sounded the alarm by claiming that she had been unwell.
Placed in police custody and finally exonerated, he will be released on Monday, said the prosecutor.
