The Justice accepted the request of the government of the Province of Buenos Aires to postpone
the eviction
of the seizure of some 100 hectares in the town of Guernica, but without a stipulated date
.
The procedure to evict the 2,000 families that illegally occupy the lands located in the municipality of Presidente Perón was scheduled for Thursday.
The original period had three stopovers: Thursday, Friday and next Monday.
However, the Minister of Development of the Buenos Aires Community, Andrés "Cuervo" Larroque, requested
a stretch of that period until October 14
.
Rizzo had anticipated that the eviction is not reversible in terms of the final decision.
Meanwhile, the prosecutor Juan Cruz Condomí also confirmed that there is a provision of a higher court, the Criminal Chamber, endorsing the procedure.
In the morning, the provincial government minister, María Teresa García, confirmed the intention of the Buenos Aires administration to support the ruling.
Earlier, the Chief of Staff, Carlos Bianco, and Larroque himself had supported the actions of court No. 8, based in Cañuelas.
There are 500 troops posted by way of persuasion, but the officials
escape the possibility of a compulsory eradication of the occupants.
The government of the Province of Buenos Aires requested this Wednesday a new extension for the eviction.

So, until after noon, Larroque and Rizzo evaluated all the possibilities.
It is a fact, as
Clarín was
able to verify
in the place, that there is resistance in groups installed in the field.
Minister García assured that
there are families abandoning the capture
and explained that an agreement was reached with between 20 and 30 percent of the families to take them to another property in the municipality of Presidente Perón.
What will happen to the rest of the occupants?
Still no fix
.
They even denounced that some want to house them in paradores until they get their destination.
"We are not going to sign something like that," they warned.
According to García, "in those properties the Province is
going to guarantee public services
and the delivery of subsidies for construction. In my opinion, the violent groups stayed behind, burning tires and saying that they were 'embrace solidarity'".
"The problem is that
there are families that are not from the municipality
and they joined now because they saw the opportunity to relocate," insisted the official, who remarked that "the government is clear and will not endorse the takeover because the eviction order is in place and delaying it for two days is not the solution. "
They ask for a new extension for the eviction of the taking of some 100 hectares in the town of Guernica.

Apparently, the delay goes by another rope that Garcia did not take into account.
The evidence that they would not arrive in time with the relocations determined this new contingency.
On Tuesday, Axel Kicillof assured that in the next three years 33,600 social housing will be built through different plans of the Nation, the Province and the municipalities.
It represents an investment of 85 billion pesos.
The governor tries to anticipate the continuation of the wave of land seizures in the Province.
