Gardens and balconies have become a central axis in the Israeli home and around the world.
The investment in them breaks records and sometimes does not even fall short of the investment inside the house.
Outdoor kitchens that do not embarrass the home kitchen, Jacuzzi, huge pool, picnic areas, olive trees - all of these and more make the garden, roof or balcony an invested gem.
Contractors and developers also understood the power of the balcony and turned it into a marketing tool that raises the prestige of the property.

The intense reality alongside the closure and threat of the corona have made the roofs, gardens and balconies a perfect place to relax, recharge batteries and enjoy quality time with family and friends.
