Aged 24, Adama Traoré died during his arrest on July 19, 2016. Since then, his family and the gendarmes have been in conflict over the causes of death given by various expert reports.

The investigating chamber of the Paris Court of Appeal canceled Tuesday, December 1 for procedural reasons the last judicial expertise rendered at the end of May which exonerated the gendarmes in the death in 2016 of Adama Traoré, learned the AFP from judicial source.

Me Yassine Bouzrou, the lawyer for the family of Adama Traoré, who died in 2016 in Beaumont-sur-Oise in the Val-d'Oise during an arrest by the gendarmes, had requested on June 15 the cancellation of this expertise on the grounds that the three doctors who drafted this report had called on a colleague cardiologist without mentioning him in the expert report or requesting authorization from the examining magistrate.
