The sales of the Syrian branch of trade in Deir Al-Zour amounted to more than one billion and 700 million Syrian pounds during the current year.
The director of the Syrian branch, Aghid Al-Juwaishi, said in a statement to SANA’s correspondent today that the showrooms and outlets of the Syrian Trade Corporation in Deir Al-Zour achieved a large number in its sales for the current year, as the branch’s sales to date reached more than one billion and 700 million Syrian pounds, indicating that this comes as a result of the great expansion in The number of showrooms and sales outlets that were opened in the governorate amounted to 40 halls and outlets compared to 18 halls last year and 8 halls in 2018 in addition to the diversity and quality of the commodity group offered in these halls that offer goods at competitive prices and less than the local market prices by a rate ranging between 20 to 20 30 percent.
Al-Juishi pointed out that the process of selling the materials designated on the electronic card continues in all halls and sales outlets, as the number of cards cut in the governorate has reached 90,165 cards so far, and the amount of sugar distributed during the months of October and the second is 440 thousand tons, rice 385 thousand tons, and the distribution rate is about 95 percent of the The number of cards.
He pointed out that the branch has run mobile cars to sell sugar and rice on the electronic card in the regions and neighborhoods in order to deliver the materials owed to all citizens.
