At the weekend, the police discovered and checked people who had violated the night curfew currently in force due to the corona pandemic.
During the night from Friday to Saturday, a civilian patrol crew met three young men in the backyard of the Markt Schwabener Rathaus, "who were standing close together in a circle with beer bottles in hand," said the press report from the Poing police station.
One of the three fled immediately after the officers arrived, the other two (two 18-year-olds from Markt Schwaben) were caught.

The second case: in the night from Sunday to Monday in Poing.
At around 11.30 p.m., plainclothes police checked two pedestrians who were walking on Gruber Strasse.
When asked, the two said they wanted to get iced tea and cigarettes at the gas station.
"However, this is not a valid reason to leave the apartment between 9 pm and 5 am," the police wrote in their report.
The curfew applies during this period.
In all cases, the respective person expects a report according to the Infection Protection Act.
According to the current catalog of fines, an amount of 500 euros will be charged, the police informed.
