The government issued a press release at 7 pm yesterday (January 26) to guide the use of the "Prevention and Control of Diseases (Compulsory Testing for Certain Persons) Regulations" (Chapter 599J) to announce restrictions and testing, starting at 7 pm last night Subjects restricted to the designated "restricted areas" in Yau Ma Tei, namely 9-27 Pitt Street and 3 Tung On Street, must stay on their premises and undergo mandatory testing in accordance with government arrangements.
The subject must wait at his premises until all the identified subjects in the area have completed the test and the relevant test results have been roughly confirmed before leaving the premises.
The government's goal is to complete this operation at around 6 am today (January 27).

According to the scene, a large number of relevant personnel are working in the blocked area.
At about 2 am today, it can be seen that the staff gradually dismantled the tent of the temporary inspection station and removed the benches. It is estimated that the inspection work has been roughly completed.
However, at about 3:30 in the morning, a Fire Services Department ambulance drove to Bi Street and stopped. The ambulancemen put on full protective clothing and picked up a woman living in a building at the junction of Bi Street and Canton Road.
It is understood that the Fire Department received a notice from the Center for Health Protection and dispatched an ambulance to the site on Bijie and took a female patient to the temporary hospital of the Asia Expo at the airport for medical treatment.
Sources at the scene said that the female guest was suspected of a preliminary diagnosis.
As for the blocked area on the site, it has not been unblocked until 4 am.
