The Germans have apparently had enough of delayed ticket refunds - the corona pandemic has led many to want more respect from the airlines.
During the corona pandemic, most airlines did not make themselves popular with their customers.
Many had to wait months for reimbursements for canceled flights * - even though repayments have to be made within seven days.
On top of that, according to the consumer advice center Baden-Württemberg, Lufthansa only recognized the right of customers to receive ticket price reimbursement when flights were canceled in January.
With immediate effect, the airline undertakes to fully inform consumers of their claims.
But the Germans' trust in the airlines has suffered a severe blow due to the corona pandemic.
