2021-02-18T14:34:42.995Z

Every Tuesday morning is devoted to roasting in the brand new Probat - a benchmark German machine - visible from rue du Vertbois, in the Marais.

For its fourth Parisian coffee-shop (after three addresses concentrated around the Palais-Royal), Kitsuné is launching into the production of its own coffees, from the selection of beans through their assembly.
