The US Department of Justice announced on February 26 the prosecution of a Chinese businessman living in Hong Kong.

The Department of Justice accused the 64-year-old Wu businessman of conspiracy to steal General Electric’s trade secrets on silicon carbide metal oxide semiconductor field-effect transistor (MOSFET) technology, valued at millions of dollars.
