Four injured people and a good 125,000 euros in property damage: That is the balance sheet of two accidents that occurred on Monday on the Garmisch Autobahn.

According to the police, the driver of a Porsche 911 is under investigation.

Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen - Around 8.15 a.m., a Eurasburger (39) with his VW Amarok and trailer was on the A95 in the direction of Munich.

When he was in the right-hand lane in the two-lane area of the Munich-Kreuzhof junction, “a silver vehicle suddenly pulled from the left to the right lane in front of him,” said Chief Inspector Julius Metz.

To avoid a collision, the Eurasburger braked hard.

As a result, the Amarok and trailer began to lurch, and there was contact with an Opel Astra in the left lane.

The Opel driver, a woman from Munich (45), subsequently lost control of her car, the Astra hit the guardrail, “then drove only on the two left tires for a short time,” said Metz, “and finally got caught to the right, where the collision with the Amarok occurred ”.

Left lane closed for a good one and a half hours

The Opel driver was seriously injured in the accident.

The ambulance took her to a clinic.

The Eurasburger got off lightly, he went to outpatient treatment on his own.

The passenger in the Amarok, a Geretsrieder (51), was uninjured.

The alleged cause of the accident, the driver of the silver-colored car, continued his journey undeterred.

The VPI asks for information on 08 81/64 03 02.

The cars involved in the accident, both of which had to be towed, suffered damage totaling a good 25,000 euros.

A field on the central barrier was damaged;

there was also slight damage to the road surface.

The repair will cost around 1000 euros.

The Munich professional fire brigade was on site with five emergency services.

During the recording of the accident and the rescue work, the left lane had to be closed for around an hour and a half.

In the accident area, the speed limit applies when it is wet

A good two hours later there was another crash on the A95.

At around 10.30 a.m., a Murnauer (48) drove his Porsche 911 towards Garmisch-Partenkirchen.

After he overtook a truck in the Münsing area and was still in the left lane, he lost control of the Porsche due to excessive speed on the wet lane.

The sports car slipped into the rear of an Opel Astra driving in the right lane, driven by a 24-year-old from the Bayreuth district.

While the Porsche then threw right into the guardrail and came to a stop on the hard shoulder, the Opel turned several times on its own axis before it hit the right guardrail and came to a standstill.

The ambulance service had to take both drivers and the 47-year-old co-driver in the Opel to a hospital.

The Porsche suffered a total write-off (around 100,000 euros), and the same applies to the Opel Astra (around 8,000 euros).

The Porsche driver is now being investigated on suspicion of negligent bodily harm.

A maximum of 80 km / h in wet conditions applies in the accident area.
