10 to 12 million euros of training credits have been embezzled by cybercriminals for more than a year, according to the Caisse des Dépôts, which manages the personal training account (CFP).
Scams that have affected more than 10,000 user accounts.

The Caisse des Dépôts is trying to stem this phenomenon by setting up a training rating system.
Like the reviews left on restaurants or hotels, an indicator between 0 and 5 is sent to each training action.
An average rating of 4.6 out of 5
Users are encouraged to rate their five-star training anonymously through five questions relating to the reception, the content of the training, the team of trainers, the resources made available and support.
For 14 months, Caisse des Dépôts has stored and consolidated user returns and now makes them public.
Nearly 106,000 evaluations have so far been recorded on nearly 39,000 training actions, i.e. 5.6% of the training actions in the training catalog eligible for the Personal Training Account.
The average score resulting from these evaluations is 4.6.
Importantly, users can filter training courses by grade as part of their search, as of April 8.
A technology that aims to highlight the best rated training courses and provides an element of comparison between similar training courses.

This evaluation project is not finished because by 2022-2023, other indicators will be put in place such as the adequacy of the training with the expectations of users and employers in terms of qualification as well as a request for cold evaluation of training.
