Bac: how the students prepared for the philosophy test

STORY - More than half a million high school students pass the revamped test this Thursday. Some students have revised a lot, others will go “with their hands in their pockets”.


The baccalaureate kicks off on June 17 with the traditional philosophy test for the 526,000 high school students in general and technological courses.

Choice of three essay topics and one text commentary.

A four-hour test, which sounds like a foretaste of higher education, where it can be a question of art, happiness, conscience, religion, work or reason.

But for the 2021 candidates, the pressure is less than in previous years.
