Now after all: The Kraillinger forest kindergarten can start operations on September 1st as planned.
Disagreements with the Starnberg district office have been resolved.

Krailling
- The Kraillinger local councils were last on the Starnberg district office not to speak well.
The cause was the planned start of the Kraillinger forest kindergarten, which was seen as being questioned by the requirements of the district authorities.
For the erection of a construction trailer, this demanded - surprisingly for many - a change in the zoning plan and a building permit (we reported).
“Unfortunately, there were communication difficulties,” admitted Starnberg's master builder Christian Kühnel on Tuesday evening.
He had rushed to the council meeting in the school gym to clear up any discrepancies.
In the past there had been “a wonderful collaboration over many years,” said Kühnel.
No development plan required
In order to set up a forest kindergarten in the outdoor area, a change in the zoning plan is necessary, but no development plan - and thus no removal of the property from the landscape protection area, emphasized the district builder.
This has been practice in the district for many years.
This does not require a lot of effort, said Kühnel.
“If we join forces, we can do it by September.
We will do everything to ensure that your political will is implemented. "
Do not touch the landscape protection
Andrea Schulte-Krauss (Greens) explained that the landscape protection should not be canceled by changing the zoning plan and that the way should be paved for a later development of the sanatorium meadow.
By designating a special forest kindergarten area, use is limited to the setting up of site trailers, said Kühnel.
Ute Richter spoke out in favor of limiting the change in the zoning plan to a time limit if possible.
Werner Engl (Greens) suggested considering the extension of the park cemetery for a forest kindergarten.
Change of zoning plan decided unanimously
The change to the zoning plan was ultimately decided unanimously.
Dietlind Freyer-Zacherl (FBK) was, however, irritated that in the past it was possible to set up the playground and exercise equipment on the eastern edge of the sanatorium meadow without changing the zoning plan.
After all, this is not an agricultural use either.
Patricia and Klaus Ritter will run the forest kindergarten, the first on Kraillinger Flur.
It already runs several day-care centers in the Würmtal under the name “The Little Knights”.
