However, Judge Chen Jiaxin pointed out that during the "Recovery" operation, some people waved the "Dragon and Lion Flag" that belonged to the British colonial era of Hong Kong.

Li pointed out that relevant people were dissatisfied with the situation at the time and hoped to restore the social order in the colonial period.

Judge Du Libing asked whether he would return to colonial rule if he wanted to return to life in the British colonial era.

Lee disagreed, and pointed out that the return to colonial rule was not a requirement for Hong Kong's independence.

Hong Kong cannot be independent because of its return to colonial rule.
