The culprits eventually managed to escape. In the incident, 3 male and 1 female police officers were slightly injured and sent to hospital. Residents of the three stolen units lost cash and watches, worth more than 110,000 yuan.

At 4 o'clock in the morning, a 46-year-old resident of a unit surnamed Gong found signs of ransack in the room. She walked out of the lobby to check, and there was a culprit hiding on the terrace, so she called the police.

The two culprits fled when they saw the incident. They walked up a 10-storey slope in the jungle behind the estate to Yijing Road and climbed over an anti-theft wire fence.

Upon receiving the report, the police car rushed to intercept it nearby. On Yijing Road, tens of meters away from Boao Mountain, the culprit was found climbing the barbed wire and jumping out of the road, and immediately stopped to chase after him.

Upon seeing this, the two culprits hurriedly turned around and climbed up the barbed wire fence. During the violent entanglement with the police officers, the culprits finally broke free and returned to the hillside and escaped without a trace.

In the incident, four stormtrooper officers were sent to hospital with minor injuries. One of the officers suffered hand injuries and needed to wrap a triangle scarf.

During the investigation, two more households, aged 48 and 40, with the same surname Chen, reported that the two units were burgled at the same time.

The police officer later found a women's handbag on the side of Yijing Road, which contained thousands of dollars in cash, which was believed to have been left by the culprit when he fled. Later, the stolen female head of household was arranged to claim it.

According to preliminary calculations, the female surnamed Gong lost approximately 15,000 cash and approximately HK$5,000 worth of foreign currency; another household surnamed Chen lost two watches worth approximately 55,000 yuan and a ring worth approximately 12,000 yuan; The female householder surnamed Chen lost about 26,500 yuan in cash.

The case is a series of burglaries. The Criminal Investigation Team of the Eastern District Police is looking for two men aged between 20 and 30. They were wearing black shirts and black trousers at the time of the incident. No one has been arrested for the time being.
