The Transport Department stated that in order to cope with the road works, the authorities will change the section of the road at the junction of the northbound Hip Wo Street and the westbound Wu Wah Street in Kwun Tong from 1:10 am to 6 am daily from August 10 to August 13, 2021. It will be temporarily closed and all vehicles are forbidden to enter.

Affected vehicles must be diverted via Wu Wah Street (westbound), Hong Ning Road (southbound), Kwun Tong Road (eastbound), Kwun Tong Road roundabout, Hip Wo Street (northbound), Tung Yan Street, Yue Man Square, Hong Ning Road (Northbound) and Wuhua Street (Eastbound).

In addition to cooperating with road works, from 11:30 pm on August 10, 2021 to 6 am the next day, Tsim Sha Tsui will be a section of Science Museum Road (northbound) between Granville Road and Cheong Wan Road; and Wan Road (westbound) is a part of the slow lane near Convoy Plaza, and affected vehicles heading to Cheong Wan Road will be diverted to Science Museum Road (southbound), Hong Chong Road (northbound) and Kang Tat Path; and along Hong Chong Road (Westbound) Affected vehicles heading for Science Museum Road will be diverted via Chatham Road South (southbound) and Granville Road (eastbound).
