Tested, recovered, vaccinated: the 3G rule will soon also apply in the Fürstenfeldbruck district.

Local hairdressers and other service providers are worried about fewer customers.

District - The air is getting thinner for people who have not yet been vaccinated against the coronavirus.

The federal and state governments tighten the rules.

From August 23rd, you can only take advantage of many offers on a tested basis.

Service providers such as restaurants or hairdressers in the district are already preparing to check the relevant evidence - and fear new losses in sales.

The big boost in vaccination - as it was in France after similar announcements - has so far not taken place at the Fürstenfeldbruck vaccination center.

Vaccination Center Fürstenfeldbruck: There is still a lack of information about vaccinations

"So far not more people have come," says the medical director, Dr. Matthias Skrzypczak. There is still a large information deficit when it comes to vaccination. Many people do not even know that it has long been possible to come to the center without an appointment. Skrzypczak suspects that word of the new corona rules will have got around by the weekend and that more people willing to vaccinate will come to the old Aldi in the west of Bruck.

"If you see that people are getting vaccinated for a sausage, then the announcement of restrictions will hopefully also be an incentive." So far, 118,220 people in the district have received the first sprite against Corona. 107,608 people got their second prick. This means that almost 50 percent of the population is fully vaccinated.

Hairdressers in Fürstenfeldbruck: Chargeable corona tests could deter customers

For the customers of Bettina Zellhuber from Olching and other hairdressers, it will soon be vaccinated or tested again.

"We had that before." The customers would have willingly presented a vaccination certificate or test.

The guild supervisor worries that the tests may be chargeable from October.

That could lead to fewer customers coming.

The 3G rule could dampen the catering trade again

Harald Schöffler from the Hotel and Restaurant Schiller in Olching also believes that business will not get any easier.

A test could deter people from going to the restaurant.

“Eating out is often something spontaneous.” The obligation to test for unvaccinated people in indoor catering could be a new damper for the industry.

The restaurateur hopes that the guests will understand: If everyone has proof of vaccination or test at hand, it is actually easy.

Fürstenfeldbruck senior cinema: access for vaccinated persons only

Only those who have been vaccinated are allowed to go to the Bruck senior cinema.

The institution is one of the first in the district to require this.

This measure has been agreed with the cinema operator of the Scala and the trade inspectorate.

Because at the senior cinema, not only are films watched, but coffee and cake are also offered.

If only vaccinated people come, the event is considered a closed society.

Cozy get-togethers and a film showing can be enjoyed without any distance requirements.

Indoor swimming pools in the district: Control is labor-intensive

Indoor swimming pools are also affected by the new rules.

The Germeringer Bad as well as the interior of the Brucker Amperoase are closed in summer.

"When the indoor pool opens, we will of course implement the measures accordingly," says Monika Lidmila, spokeswoman for Stadtwerke Fürstenfeldbruck.

"We still have to see how we do it exactly." That will probably exacerbate the acute shortage of staff.
