In another new move by a judicial operator of Vice President Cristina Kirchner, the K majority in the Council of the Magistracy
privileged in the order of merit a prosecutor who promoted the complaint about the alleged illegal macrista espionage and made the current chambermaid Pablo Bertuzzi back down .

objected to

The magistracy must raise a shortlist for President Alberto Fernández to choose a candidate and send his statement to the Senate.

this order of merit that Cristina cares about so much should be voted on, in a climate of tension.

In the case of Incardona, Siley maintained that the score change was due to the fact that
his professional background had not been considered
