The Toulouse Court of Appeal had considered that there were "

serious and concordant

" indications showing that Cédric Jubillar had been able to participate in the murder of his wife.

The latter had been remanded in custody and indicted on June 18, 2021 for “murder on a spouse”, despite the “

inconsistencies

” in the file pointed out by the defense.
