A 7-year-old girl was suspected of being assaulted by a male piano teacher in a centre at Prince Edward Road West, Mong Kok. After the police received a report from their parents, the Regional Crime Squad of West Kowloon took over the investigation and found that the man involved was also suspected of being assaulted. Officers took action last Friday (27th) and arrested the 33-year-old man surnamed Leung in Sham Shui Po District. He is being detained for investigation on suspicion of indecent assault.
The police urged parents to report the crime as soon as possible if they suspect that their children have been assaulted, or call the Regional Crime Squad of West Kowloon on 3661 8375.
