Corona spread: The

countries of France and Switzerland announced today (Friday) that they will restrict the entry of Israelis into their country.

In Switzerland only vaccinated or children up to the age of 18 will be able to enter the country, the validity of the decision will begin on the 13th of the month (Monday).

Similar to EU policies, France also operates a system of traffic lights to manage travel restrictions, with Israel and the United States on the list of orange countries and can only enter the country's gates if fully vaccinated.

Unvaccinated travelers will have to apply for a vital reason for entering the country, when a tourist visit or a family visit are not sufficient reasons.

Unvaccinated passengers, who have been granted entry clearance for a vital reason, will have to show a negative PCR test, taken no more than 72 hours before the flight or an antigen test taken no more than 48 hours before the flight.

Upon landing will be in isolation for seven days.

The decision will take effect on the 12th of the month (Sunday).

Also, children aged 18-12 will not be able to enter cultural venues, such as cinemas, restaurants, sports centers, unless we have been vaccinated against the virus.
