World Paella Day 2021: International chefs compete in Valencia

This September 20 is World Paella Day.

In Valencia, the birthplace of this renowned Spanish dish, chefs from around the world compete to see who can cook the best in the World Paella Day Cup.

On Monday morning, the semi-finalist chefs prepare for the competition for the best paella.

Chefs from the United States, Belgium, Uruguay, Peru, China, South Korea, Costa Rica, Ireland, the Czech Republic and Spain will compete in the semifinals.
