After fifteen long years of legal battle, the deliberation of the trial of the companion of perfumer Jean-Paul Guerlain, prosecuted for "neglect of a person unable to protect himself" and "harassment" took place this Monday, October 18 at the Criminal Court of Versailles.
Two clans, that of the son and that of the companion of the famous nose, have been opposed for several years concerning the conditions of custody of the patriarch, suffering from a form of Alzheimer's.

Last September, the prosecutor of the Republic of Versailles Philippe Toccanier had requested against Christina Kragh 18 months in prison with probationary suspension and ban from coming into contact with Jean-Paul Guerlain, ban from residing in "La Vallée", the domain of perfumer, and obligation to compensate victims.

never had the clear will to abandon Mr. Jean-Paul Guerlain, even if she obstructed treatment

But the legal battle is far from over: Christina Kragh and her lawyer cited Stéphane Guerlain for "violence, death threats and harassment".
