The large collective exhibition of the Free Painting Group Dachau is taking place again this year after a corona-related break, for the first time under the direction of the new chairwoman Ruth Rumberger.
The Thiemann vault in the Ludwig Thoma Haus is the new exhibition space.
Under the patronage of Mayor Florian Hartmann, 25 exhibitors show their works in different techniques: oil, acrylic or watercolor paintings, drawings, prints, finger paintings with different motifs and in different sizes.
Pictures relating to this year's annual theme “Trees” are displayed on a separate wall.
Visitors can take selected works home in the form of a calendar and thus support a good cause.
Also this year part of the proceeds will go to the BRK Dachau.
The vernissage will take place on October 23, at 2 p.m.
The exhibition lasts until October 31st.
Opening times are: Monday to Friday from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
