Strangers stole bicycles worth tens of thousands of euros from a shop on Welserstrasse in Nuremberg.
The police is now looking for witnesses.
Nuremberg - On Sunday morning (October 17), strangers broke into a bicycle shop on Welserstrasse in Nuremberg *.
There they stole several bicycles with a total value of tens of thousands of euros, reports the Central Franconia Police Headquarters *.
Nuremberg: perpetrators probably arrived with a larger vehicle
At around 5:45 a.m., the perpetrators broke into a door of the shop, causing damage of around 1,000 euros.
The police suspect that the strangers were using a larger vehicle, such as a Sprinter, to transport the stolen bikes.
Witnesses who have observed something are asked to report to the Schwabacher Kripo commissariat on (0911) 21 12 33 33.
