After a man is said to have racially insulted and brutally attacked a young Syrian in a tram in Erfurt, he has to answer before the regional court in Erfurt from today.
The public prosecutor's office accuses the now 41-year-old German, among other things, of dangerous bodily harm, attempted coercion, insult and damage to property.
