After two years of investigation, the OCLCO and the Anti-Narcotics Office, also seized, proceeded Tuesday to a wave of arrests in Seine-Saint-Denis, in Oise and in Val-de-Marne.
12 men and a woman were arrested, 690,000 euros were seized, as well as bulletproof vests, ammunition, handguns, cars and luxury watches.
