Benediktbeuern - Last run of the German championship in mountain bike: three bikers from TSV Benediktbeuern-Bichl started, two became German champions.
Elena Toth started for the first time in the junior Bundesliga (U15).
At 10 a.m., 30 other riders took off on the slippery track near Wombach.
In the qualification, Toth took 26th place, which was also her position for the main race.
After an intense race, the MTB rider crossed the finish line in 13th place (24: 54.5 minutes).

Carolina Weigelt made her appearance in Wombach even more successful.
Weigelt crowned her season with a gold medal.
The driver of the TSV Benediktbeuern-Bichl became German champion in the U15 class.
Master despite a broken bone
Carla Hahn (U17) completed a slalom and a cross-country race in Wombach.
Hahn won the slalom race by one second over Lina Huber and Mia Kastl.
Carla then had to prepare for the cross-country race.
Despite an injury to her hand, Hahn saved himself to third place behind Lucie Hückmann.
Natalie Kaufmann won the race.
So the dream of winning eight out of eight season events did not work out.
Hahn had already achieved the maximum number of points, which is why third place in the cross-country race did not mean a disadvantage for her in the overall standings.
Hahn is off to a well-deserved winter break with victory in the federal junior grouping (U17) and the German championship.
An MRI scan found that she had broken her metacarpal bone.
