Eligibility

• The applicant ① Hong Kong permanent identity card and ② "Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents

• have the Mainland (mainland) Bachelor equivalent degree or equivalent;

• Up to Before entering our school in 2022, new graduate students must have more than six years (including six years) of work experience; at the same time, they must have more than three years (including three years) of work experience after graduating from a university or two years after obtaining a master's or doctoral degree. • Aspiring to serve the society and grow into a Hong Kong government affairs talent, with excellent management skills and leadership potential;

Basic requirements and curriculum

system: 2.5 years, part-time education, 38 credits in total.

2. Study method: mainly on weekends, short-term intensive study is organized every academic year, and offline or online international public management frontier training and domestic practice activities will also be organized during the academic year.

3. Curriculum setting: including five modules: public management foundation, Chinese national governance and development experience, Hong Kong SAR governance and development, professional practice, and international experience in public governance.

Course highlights

Featured teaching: During the school period, many high-end lecture halls will be held, and experts, scholars and senior officials who have made achievements in the development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, "One Country, Two Systems", and public management will be invited to participate in the high-end lectures to give lectures on the frontiers of public management. Professional interpretation.

Featured practice: During the period of study, students will be organized to go to famous overseas universities for short-term training, broaden students' international horizons, and enhance students' awareness of global governance.

In addition, students will be organized to conduct inspections, interviews, learning and research on government departments, public institutions, enterprises and other units in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Mainland, to deepen students’ knowledge and understanding of the country’s grassroots governance ideas and measures, and to have a multi-dimensional grasp of China today. Tuition and scholarship

The tuition fee is 288,000 yuan, and those with excellent comprehensive assessment scores have the opportunity to receive scholarships.
