Who comes into the cabinet?

Olaf Scholz succeeds Angela Merkel in the Chancellery.
That is certain after the SPD, Greens and FDP have agreed on a coalition agreement.
Part of the agreement with the title "Dare to make more progress" is which party takes over which ministry.
As the strongest party, the Social Democrats have most of the future cabinet members, the Greens get one more ministerial post than the FDP:
But who will take over the posts?
In many cases it is still unclear who will be allowed to call themselves a minister in the future; so far, only the FDP has really decided.
