Nicole Hirin finished a very successful week on clay in the senior tournament in Heraklion, Greece, for a total of $ 15,000 prizes, with two finals.
The Israeli, ranked 4th in the tournament, was defeated in three sets in the singles final by local tennis player, Michaela Lucky.
Hirin won 5: 7 in the first set, lost 6: 1 in the second and 7: 5 in the third and the decisive after two and a quarter hours of play.
In the doubles tournament, Hirin, along with Radka Zelnikova from Slovakia, won after a 2: 6 and 4: 6 victory in the final over Julia Kimmelman from Germany and Lian Tran from the Netherlands after an hour and six minutes of play.
Hirin will play this week in the main draw in another tournament in Heraklion.
