, a federation of Parisian residents exasperated by the explosion in crack consumption is once again addressing the public authorities.
This time, not only to report complaints, but to formulate concrete proposals for the care of drug addicts.
With a guideline: to get out of the “
controlled consumption
” of drugs as a matter
of urgency
, currently advocated by the Paris city hall, and to relaunch the detoxification objectives.

All the Parisian protest movements met to discuss the subject, i.e. nineteen collectives and ten associations * from the affected neighborhoods, as well as the Chocolate Museum, directly concerned by a project for a shooting room in front of its entry on the Boulevard de Bonne-Nouvelle, even though it welcomes 40,000 to 50,000 children a year.
